2025 — Present

•Redesigned the loan-applicant journey end to end for a regulated lender: a shorter, registry-driven path that keeps the full KYC/AML bar. On its way to production.
•Rebuilt the investors' secondary market. Listings and filters now speak investor language, shaped by interviews: saved strategies for the power users, guided questions for the first-timers.
•Made Neopay's payment flows accessible. Operable without a mouse, audited by the Lithuanian association of the blind. 4M+ transactions a month across 27 EU countries.

Lead Designer · Surfshark

2022 — 2025

•Led a full brand uplift across 20+ markets. A new Brandbook, automated templates, a design system and the AI pipeline I introduced took real time and real cost out of asset production.
•Delivered 1000+ campaign assets quarterly across PPC, ASO and affiliate — the work consistently performed above the baseline we were given.
•Together with the UX team, A/B-tested my redesigns against the live site and shipped only the winners — the ones that shipped beat the control.

Senior Brand Designer · Companial (formerly 1ClickFactory)

2020 — 2022

•Led the 1ClickFactory to Companial rebrand and rolled the new identity out across the B2B partner network.
•Built a new DAM system, plus the templates and workflows around it, for the whole marketing team.
•Supported the product side with UX/UI systems work.

•Led a full rebrand: a new visual identity and brand guidelines adopted across all channels.
•Looked after 20+ brands under the Azerion umbrella, keeping every one aligned with the group identity.
•Aligned brand visuals with product UX alongside developers and marketing, improving design consistency company-wide.

•Co-founded Daturians: the brand and Brandbook, the site front-end, the storyline, the metadata behind 8,020 characters and a 5,000+ community.
•Designed and built website frontends, social-media campaigns and digital products for 10+ brands.
